Radium Engineering was a supporting vendor at the Formula Drift 2012 Title Fight season finale in Irwindale California. This was the final event of the season and the race for the series championship was extremely close heading into the event.

Plenty of coverage of the event has already made its way to the web. You can find excellent photography and recaps at these links:

SpeedHunters 2012 Recap

We worked our booth most of the time and educated as many people as we could about the benefits of a fuel surge tank and handed out stickers. We did manage to snap a few photos in between the massive waves of spectators.

Below are a few photos from our point of view:

Nishida's practice session. Rocking a Radium Fuel Surge Tank and loving it!

Even Santa Claus was there ringing his piston bell and handing out T-shirts.

Radium had the famous EG Civic "Tank" as eye candy at the booth.

We handed out well over 1500 stickers. Hope to see them on some cars in the future!

Radium sponsored driver Kyle Mohan loves his Radium fuel surge tank. He did very well in the competition, knocking out Daijiro Yoshihara in the first round!

Fans braved traffic jams and unbelievably long lines to get into this event.

There was standing room only in the stands when the competition started late Saturday evening.

Hardest working people in the pits are the tire guys.

There were many interesting cars to see in the car show and vendor section of the event.

Night fell and the competition started.

There were many great battles, some of them requiring "One more time!" in order to determine a winner.

Daigo Saito takes the Irwindale win and the series overall win. We were glad to be part of the event and look forward to doing again next year.
