This Radium Engineering fuel hanger replaces the stock fuel pump assembly. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle is required for installation.

20-0980 Fuel Hanger, Mid 2003-2013 CorvetteCOMPATIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS A fuel pressure regulator and external (low micron) fuel filter must be purchased separately. Optionally, the plumbing kits (see below) include both of these items. FITTINGS The fuel pump outlet is tapped for 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female threads on the top plate. However, an 8AN male adapter is provided. All fittings are machined low enough to clear the surrounding area. PUMP COMPATIBILITY
(1)These pumps do not feature an integrated check valve. Provided in this kit is a high flow check valve that secures to the outlet of these specific pumps. The 20-0980 is configured to be used with 1 aftermarket fuel pump. If 2 aftermarket pumps are required, the supplementary "dual pump add-on" (20-0937 listed below) would also be required. Choosing the best fuel pump is based on the expected engine power output, fuel type (gasoline, E85, etc.), and fuel pressure. FUEL STARVATION PROTECTION Several mechanisms work together to move fuel into the integrated collector and keep it full at all times. This ensures the pump has adequate fuel available, even during aggressive driving. The internal pump is supplied with fuel from 3 different sources:
ELECTRICAL The custom designed stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE. NOTES

20-0937 Dual Pump Add-On Mid 2003-2019 CorvetteCOMPATIBILITY
OVERVIEW This is a dual pump add-on to the fuel hanger listed above. It includes another independent collector specific for pump 2. Both fuel pumps outlets merge into the single 10AN ORB outlet of the CNC machined fuel hat. And because of the check valves on the pump outlets, fuel pump staging is permitted. The provided in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE. NOTES 1. Part number 20-0980 must be purchased to use the dual pump add-on. COMPATIBLE FUEL PUMPS

The internal pump is supplied with fuel from 2 different sources: The consistent crossover fuel scavenged from the passive side of the fuel tank. The fuel return from the fuel pressure regulator will still feed the pump 1 collector. Two 1-way fill valves on the bottom of the collector that allow fuel in, but not out. Each 1-way valve flows 355LPH keeping the collector as full as the current fuel tank level. FEATURES

Note: due to bell housing space interfering with fuel filter mounting, this kit is not compatible with automatic transmissions. These kits provide all necessary plumbing to and from the engine including a fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines, adapter fittings, and mounting hardware. From the fuel filter another 8AN PTFE fuel hose runs through the tunnel parallel to the torque tube and into the fuel pressure regulator (FPR). The hose is secured with stainless steel cushioned clamps. Furthermore, thermal insulation is included to protect the hose from the exhaust system. As shown above, the FPR secures to a billet aluminum mount near the brake master cylinder. NOTE: Because the brake master cylinder changed between 2008 and 2009, the mounting bracket changed accordingly (see P/Ns). The FPR has multiple high pressure ports. A SAE quick connect adapter is provided for connecting the FPR to the OEM fuel rail using the stock fuel feed line. NOTE: If aftermarket fuel rails are used, Radium Engineering recommends feeding each of the fuel rail front ports independently and plugging the rear ports. Because of engine variances, no parts are included for this procedure. A fuel pressure gauge and adapter fittings are provided to monitor and properly calibrate the FPR. The OEM fuel feed "hard" line is repurposed as a return line. Adapters fittings and hose are provided for connecting both ends of the return line (FPR and Fuel Hanger). INCLUDES
