Shipping is calculated at checkout. To obtain shipping quotes, add the items you wish to purchase to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once you enter your shipping address, the checkout screen will update with shipping options and costs.
To receive information on setting up a wholesale dealer account with Radium Engineering, send an email to sales@radiumauto.com. Radium requires a buy-in for new direct dealer accounts.
Yes, we offer local pickup of orders at our facility in Clackamas Oregon. Orders must be placed via the website, selecting Will Call as the shipping method during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Do not arrive before receiving the notification email. See our contact page for the address and hours.
Yes, Radium Engineering ships products worldwide with only a few exceptions. International orders can be placed via the website.
All instruction documents can be downloaded via the INSTRUCTIONS link on the header of the website. Alternatively, the instructions can be found on their respective product pages. The link to the PDF is located just under the Add to Cart buttons. Instructions are distributed this way to ensure that you get the latest and most updated document.
