20-0862 Fuel Rails GM Vortec 8100 L18 Big Block

The fuel rails are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Each fuel rail has six 8AN ORB ports, twelve ports in all.

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY

This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. Aftermarket injectors must match the OEM height and O-ring dimensions. If changing fuel injectors, consult an aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating "OEM equivalent".

PORTS AND FITTINGS

There are 6 ports on each fuel rail (12 total). These ports are 3/4"-16 tapped for 8AN ORB fittings.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

20-1062 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, GM Vortec 8100 L18 Big Block, 01-03

This kit includes all the necessary plumbing hardware to permit a plug and play affair with the 20-0862 fuel rails in 01-03 vehicles with a return style fuel system.

An SAE quick connect adapts to the OEM feed line. An 8AN crossover fuel line routes around the rear of the engine and connects both fuel rails. A fuel pressure gauge and adjustable fuel pressure regulator mount directly to the LH fuel rail. The OEM return SAE quick connector attaches directly to the regulator outlet fitting. 8AN ORB plugs are included for all unused ports. Nothing else is required.

This kit includes all the necessary plumbing hardware to permit a plug and play affair with the 20-0862 fuel rails in 04-10 vehicles with a returnless style fuel system.

An SAE quick connect adapts to the OEM feed line. An 8AN crossover fuel line routes around the rear of the engine and connects both fuel rails. An improved fuel pulse damper mounts directly to the LH fuel rail to stabilize fuel pressure. 8AN ORB plugs are included for all unused ports. Nothing else is required.
