FUEL INJECTORS

There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

OVERVIEW

20-1302 Ford 302/351 Windsor Fuel Rails

Manufactured with large 5/8" internal bores, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Each fuel rail has 3 (6 total) 8AN ORB threads. The physical profile features maximized clearance with the distributor, while supporting maximum flow. Because of this innovative design, the fuel injectors are installed in an exact perpendicular orientation with respect to the LIM injector seats, exactly like OEM. No spacers required. These fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB and 1/8 NPT fittings.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

Using an assortment of PushLok hose ends with EFI hose, the fuel rail plumbing kit can be customized to any vehicle using the 20-1302 302/351 Windsor fuel rails. It replaces all OEM components downstream of the OEM spring lock fuel lines. Through a high flowing dead head Radium Engineering multiport regulator (MPR-RA), the fuel rails are ran in parallel for even fuel distribution.

With the provided 1:1 fuel pressure regulator and gauge, fuel pressure can be easily calibrated and kept in check. The EFI hoses are compatible will all fuel types including E85. Plugs are included for all unused ports.
