OVERVIEW

This Radium Engineering fuel hanger replaces the stock fuel pump assembly. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle's sheet metal or fuel tank is required for installation. All fittings are machined low enough to clear the fuel pump access cover. The fuel pump is positioned in the factory collector bowl for fuel starvation protection.

Optional dual pump add-on kits can be purchased along with the fuel pump hanger to allow two pumps to be installed into the tank.

PORTS AND FITTINGS The fuel pump outlet is tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) female threads on the top plate. The preinstalled 6AN male fitting permits an aftermarket feed line and/or connects to the plumbing kit listed below. For other compatible adapter fittings, click HERE. The return inlet is tapped for 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) female threads on the top plate. The provided 6AN male fitting permits an aftermarket return line and/or connects to the plumbing kit listed below. For other compatible adapter fittings, click HERE. NOTES If 2 aftermarket pumps are required, you must also purchase the corresponding dual pump add-on for the hanger and pump style being installed. If installing a brushless pump, the dual pump add-on can NOT be used due to the extra brushless controller wires. Choosing the best fuel pump(s) is based on the expected engine power output, fuel type (gasoline, E85, etc.), and fuel pressure. Single Walbro GSS342 (255LPH) fuel pump installations can re-use the OEM fuel pump wiring. It is recommended to upgrade OEM wiring to ensure the pumps are receiving full power and operating at their full potential. Universal fuel pump wiring kits can be found HERE. ELECTRICAL The custom designed anti-rotation stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE. 	20-3796 Dual Pump Add-On Fits Walbro GSS342 or AEM 50-1200 This dual pump add-on kit can be purchased along with the 20-3790 fuel pump hanger to allow a second pump to be installed into the tank. The fuel pump hanger is required to use this add-on. If a brushless pump is being installed the system is limited to one pump and the dual pump add-on can NOT be used due to the extra brushless controller wires. The architecture of this Honda fuel tank is very unique. Because the opening is so small, 2 pumps cannot fit through at the same time. Additionally, the angle of insertion combined with the tall collector bowl and shallow tank make dual pump installation rather difficult. An electrical plug and a SAE quick connector eliminate the need to perform tedious assembly before dropping the entire assembly into the tank. Both fuel pumps merge into the single 8AN ORB outlet of the fuel hat. And because of the integrated check valves with the following pumps, staging is permitted. 	20-3795 Fuel Hanger Connection Kit, Honda Del Sol The Fuel Hanger Connection Kit connects to the factory fuel hard lines. A 6AN feed line is constructed to mate to the OEM flare fitting on the side of the fuel tank. This eliminates the restrictive banjo fitting. Also, adapter fittings are secured to the 6AN return fitting for reusing the factory fuel return line.
