OVERVIEW
This Radium Engineering single pump hanger is compatible with a variety of aftermarket fuel pumps ranging from 340LPH to 810LPH. Both (2-wire) brushed and (3 or 4-wire) brushless pumps can be used.

The kit is compatible with the OEM gauge cluster readings as both the OEM fuel level sensor and the OEM low fuel indicator are reused.

As shown above, a new high flow PRV venturi jet pump is provided. This has a built-in pressure relief valve that bypasses high fuel pressure in the return line. This feature keeps fuel rail pressure stabilized.

FITTINGS
The fuel pump outlet is tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) female threads on the top plate. A low profile 8AN male fitting is provided to connect to an aftermarket fuel line (not included). The fuel return inlet is tapped for 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) female threads on the top plate. A low profile 6AN male adapter is provided to connect to an aftermarket fuel line (not included).

All fittings are machined low enough to clear the surrounding area.

FUEL STARVATION PROTECTION
The OEM fuel tank has a built-in collector bowl (shown below).
It has a labyrinth that prevents fuel from escaping during aggressive driving. The collector bowl is constantly replenished with fuel from both the pressure regulator and the crossover hose (shown below).

The crossover hose pulls from from the passive side of the saddle tank and is driven by the PRV venturi jet pump.

ELECTRICAL
The custom designed stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. They have an anti-rotation feature that prevents the terminals from spinning. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE.

NOTES
1. Installations can re-use the OEM fuel pump wiring.
2. It is recommended to upgrade OEM wiring to ensure the pump is receiving full power and operating at maximum potential.

3. Universal fuel pump wiring kits can be found HERE.

FUEL HANGER CONNECTION KITS

20-1331 VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY
Mitsubishi Evolution I
Mitsubishi Evolution II
Mitsubishi Evolution III
Mitsubishi Evolution IV
Mitsubishi Evolution V

OVERVIEW
This kit provides all necessary connections from the top of the fuel tank to the OEM hard lines at the rear of the vehicle. NOTE: Custom hoses and fittings will need to be purchased and constructed separately to run larger lines all the way to the engine and back.

From the pump outlet, a short 8AN PTFE fuel line runs just behind the pump hanger and down underneath the fuel tank. Right there are 2 different types of fitting connections at the OEM hard line. As shown below, early models use an inverted flare fitting.

Later models use an SAE quick connect, as shown below.

Both adapters for these connections are included in this kit.

When returning fuel comes back from the OEM FPR, it travels through an OEM barbed hard line that terminates just underneath the fuel tank. A short rubber hose is provided that adapts to 6AN. From here, a 6AN PTFE hose routes to the return port on the pump hanger.

As shown above, 4 aluminum spacers, new mounting screws, and thicker adhesive foam are provided to permit the (RH) OEM fuel tank access cover to clear the larger fuel lines.

FEATURES
-8AN PTFE Fuel Feed Hose
-6AN PTFE Fuel Return Hose
-SAE Quick Connect Adapter
-Inverted Flare Adapter Fitting
-Stainless Steel EFI Clamps
-Access Cover Hardware
-Misc Adapter Fittings
-4AN Rubber Hose
