OVERVIEW
This Radium Engineering fuel hanger replaces the stock fuel pump assembly. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle's sheet metal or fuel tank is required for installation. Dual pump add-on kits are available to add a second pump to the hanger, and a fuel hanger connection kit is available to plumb the hanger to the stock fuel lines.
20-1790 Fuel Hanger Fits Walbro GSS342 or AEM 50-1200
This Radium Engineering fuel hanger replaces the stock fuel pump assembly. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle's sheet metal or fuel tank is required for installation.
The fuel pump is positioned in the factory collector bowl for fuel starvation protection.
PORT FITTINGS
The fuel pump outlet is tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) female threads on the top plate. The preinstalled 6AN male fitting permits an aftermarket feed line and/or connects to the plumbing kit listed below. For other compatible adapter fittings, click HERE.
The return inlet is tapped for 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) female threads on the top plate. The provided -6AN male fitting permits an aftermarket return line and/or connects to the plumbing kit listed below. For other compatible adapter fittings, click HERE.
All fittings are machined low enough to clear the trunk sheet metal.
This hanger is configured to be used with 1 aftermarket fuel pump. If 2 aftermarket pumps are required, order the dual pump add-on part number 20-1796 in addition to the hanger.
If installing a brushless pump, the dual pump add-on can NOT be used due to the extra brushless controller wires.
Choosing the best fuel pump(s) is based on the expected engine power output, fuel type (gasoline, E85, etc.), and fuel pressure. The pumps below are compatible:
ELECTRICAL
The custom designed ant-rotation stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE.

The architecture of this Honda fuel tank is very unique. Because the opening is so small, 2 pumps cannot fit through at the same time. Additionally, the angle of insertion combined with the tall collector bowl and shallow tank make dual pump installation rather difficult.
An electrical plug and a SAE quick connector eliminate the need to perform tedious assembly before dropping the entire assembly into the tank. Both fuel pumps merge into the single 8AN ORB outlet of the fuel hat. And because of the integrated check valves with the following pumps, staging is permitted.

20-1795 Fuel Hanger Connection Kit, 90-93 Integra, 88-91 Civic CR-X
The Fuel Hanger Connection Kit supplies the necessary hardware to connect a Radium Fuel Pump Hanger to the OEM fuel hard lines under the vehicle.
A 6AN feed line is constructed to mate to the OEM flare fitting on the side of the fuel tank. This eliminates the long integrated hard line brazed to the OEM fuel hat. Also, a 5AN return line is constructed to mate to the hard line barb on the side of the fuel tank.

INSTALLATION NOTES
- Single Walbro GSS342 (255LPH) fuel pump installations can re-use the OEM fuel pump wiring.
- It is recommended to upgrade OEM wiring to ensure the pumps are receiving full power and operating at their full potential.
