OVERVIEW

This comprehensive kit includes all the Radium Engineering components required to construct a high performance fuel delivery system for the S550 and S650 Mustang GT.

The in-tank fuel hanger surge tank replaces the factory unit and can be configured with a variety of different fuel pump options. More details on the 20-180X fuel hanger can be found HERE . While this fuel hanger will fit other vehicles, the components that make up the fuel delivery system are specific to the S550 and S650 Mustang GT.

A new high flow fuel filter, fuel lines, AN fittings, and an undercarriage fuel line retainer replace all OEM components. More details on the 20-181X-0X fuel hanger plumbing kits can be found HERE.

Fuel enters through a 8AN fitting on the inlet of a high flow Coyote fuel rail. More details on the 20-1433 fuel rails can be found HERE. NOTE: Fuel Injectors are required.

Unwanted pressure spikes are controlled through fuel pulse dampers. More details on the 20-0776 FPD-R can be found HERE.

The 15-17 models feature port injection only and the appropriate plumbing kit include our Multiport Regulator. The 2018+ models with port and direct injection include the Dual FPR. The included FPR regulates fuel pressure with boost pressure at a 1:1 ratio. More details on the included regulators can be found HERE.

Fuel pressure is monitored and adjusted using a 0-100psi gauge. More details regarding the 20-0029 gauge can be found HERE.

HOW TO ORDER

To order this kit from a dealer or distributor, copy all of the part numbers listed to the right and use this as a parts list to order. Each part will have to be ordered individually. To order directly from Radium, follow these guidelines:

Required items are preselected. If you already have any of the parts with check boxes next to them, uncheck them to remove them from the package
Select a fuel pump hanger that matches the part number of the intended fuel pump(s) that will be installed.
Select the fuel hanger plumbing kit by filter type and the year of the vehicle. Stainless are 10 micron and Microglass are a finer 6 micron filtration. Stainless filters have elements that can be cleaned and reused.
When choosing fuel pumps, make sure they match the fuel hanger selected. If using fuel pump(s) not available from Radium Engineering, choose "NONE" to receive no pumps. Fuel pumps will NOT come preinstalled into the fuel hanger. Assembly is required.
DIY fuel pump wiring kits are preselected. If these are not required, deselect the ones that are not needed.
After all selections are made, double check for accuracy, add the items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
