OVERVIEW

Upgrading the fuel system on an EVOLUTION X can be a lot of trouble if not thought out completely. It is very difficult to upgrade only one component without consideration for the others. The restrictive return line, the in-tank venturi jet pump system, the integrated fuel filter. All these, and more, create a complicated system to modify for high performance. If not thought out properly, issues will show up on the dyno, such as inconsistent fuel delivery, overly high fuel pressures, fuel starvation and more.
The Radium Complete Fuel Delivery System for the EVO X solves all these issues in one complete kit. Every details has been thought out and tested in real world conditions. The result is a bolt-on kit that performs as expected, capable of meeting the fueling needs of highly modified 4B11T engines.

This comprehensive kit includes all Radium Engineering components required to construct a high performance fuel delivery system for the EVO X. The Radium fuel pump hanger, feed line kit, fuel rail, and pressure regulator completely replace the restrictive OEM fuel system with a setup capable of supporting well over 1,000hp. At the heart of the system is the Radium EVOX fuel pump hanger (shown below). More details on this product can be found here. From the fuel pump hanger, the feed line kit passes fuel through a Radium in-line fuel filter using prefabricated 8AN PTFE hoses. The filter is mounted to the chassis under the car using a specially designed bracket that does not require any cutting or drilling for installation. A selection of fuel filter elements are available. 

The 8AN feed line connects to the Radium EVOX fuel rail, as shown below. Adapter fittings and pressure gauge are included. The fuel pressure regulator return uses a short 6AN prefabricated PTFE hose and adapter fittings (return kit) to connect to the factory fuel feed line, using it as the return line.

Mounted on the fuel rail is the Radium Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) and a Radium FPD-R fuel pulse damper. The Radium Fuel Delivery System is E85 safe.

HOW TO ORDER

• Required items are preselected. If you already have any of the parts with check boxes next to them, you can uncheck them to remove them from the package
• Select a fuel pump hanger that matches the part number of the fuel pump(s) you wish to install into it.
• Select the fuel hanger plumbing kit by filter type. Stainless are 10 micron and Microglass are a finer 6 micron filtration. Stainless filters have elements that can be cleaned and reused.
• Choose your fuel pumps, make sure that they match the hanger selected earlier. If using a pump not available from Radium, choose none to receive no pumps. Pumps will NOT come preinstalled into the hanger: assembly is required.
• DIY fuel pump wiring kits are preselected. If you do not need both wiring kits, deselect the ones you do not want.
• After all selections are made double check them for accuracy and add item to cart and proceed to checkout.
