The fuel cell subharness kit is a great addition for quicker pit stops. It is common for racers to have a spare drop-in FCST-X fuel pump module in the pit in case there is an issue with a fuel pump, electrical wiring, etc. With a subharness on both FCST-X units, the entire pump assembly can be swapped quickly without any tools.

While this product is mainly universal, the pre-terminated 10awg wires have unique identification labels associated with the FCST-X labeling. However, they can still be used with the older FCST that has slightly different labeling.

The included mounting bracket is designed specifically to mount on the perimeter of RA-Series Fuel Cells. For another fuel cell to be directly compatible, the bolt spacing must be 3.6"-5.7" (91-145mm). The bolt hole distance of the bulkhead mount is compatible with all Radium Engineering RA-series fuel cells. It can be mounted anywhere along the perimeter of the fuel cell. The mount can be rotated inwards or outwards for a 3in (76mm) location difference. It can also be used universally and mounted off of the fuel cell.

It is best to install this by first mounting each wire to its proper stud, then assemble your bulkhead connector into the mount and install the mount in your desired location. You can mock each wire into a desired routing, then cut and terminate them in place, populating your connector as you go. Consult the installation instructions for more details.
