20-1004-V REMOTE MOUNT, VENTED FEMALE DRY BREAK, 1.5IN
Designed for remote mounting to an external surface such as a fender. Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated. Includes a 1.5in female dry break as well as a gasket, stainless steel hardware, an aluminum housing and aluminum nut ring. The vented fuel cap has roll-over protection in case the vehicle ever becomes inverted. The components, materials, and seals are compatible with all fuel types (unleaded and leaded gasoline, diesel, AV gas, methanol, ethanol, E15, E85, etc.).
The o-ring sealed 1.5" barbed outlet is interchangeable.
By simply removing 6 screws, a different outlet adapter (sold separately) can be installed.

The fuel filler typically secures to the vehicle body. The vented fuel cap has roll-over protection if the vehicle ever becomes inverted. The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5in filler hose (available HERE). The outer diameter is 4.75in and uses 4.25in P.C.D for the five M5 bolts. Total height is 4.1in. Requires a 77mm (3.03in) hole to be fabricated.
The o-ring sealed 1.5in barbed outlet is interchangeable.

20-0547 FCST 6-Bolt, Remote Mount Fill Neck, 24AN Elbow, 1.5in Barb
This fill neck is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler (see 20-0505-V). The -24AN fill neck mates to a 24AN hose end capable of 360 degree rotation. It features a 75 degee elbow and uses a 1.5in barb (filler hose available HERE). A bespoke 1-7/8in aluminum wrench is provided for tightening the B-nut and prevent marring. The fill neck features a flapper check valve for rollover protection.

20-0602 Fuel Fill Neck Hose Kit, 1.5in, Clear
This fill hose is perfect for applications that need a visualization of the fuel dynamically filling. Depending on the fuel type used, the clear hose may become cloudy and translucent overtime. Unlike the black reinforced filler hose, this clear hose should be inspected occasionally and replaced if needed.
