ATTENTION:1. The fuel level float shroud from Radium 20-0847-XXX is only compatible with newer Radium FCSTs (20-099X-XX) and FCST-Xs (20-199X-XX). Because the shroud is 40mm in diameter, the thru hole must be at least this size.2. For previous Radium 20-049X-XX and 20-069X-XX FCST versions, the non-shrouded Radium 20-0747-XXX must be used.
3. Non-shrouded Radium 20-0747-203 (discontinued) and 20-0747-297 level senders are compatible with all Radium FCST and FCST-X part numbers.
This fuel level sensor uses the standard SAE 5-bolt mounting pattern, extensively used with all Radium fuel cell surge tanks.
Full stainless steel sealed construction with magnetic float (non shrounded variation shown below).
Suitable for use with gasoline, diesel, water, and all alcohol based fuels including methanol, ethanol, E85, etc.
NOTES:-All level senders are 0 ohms empty to 90 ohms full (common with many aftermarket gauges.)
-Radium does not sell fuel level gauges, but a popular option is this
Autometer Fuel Level Gauge-To test the sender, measure the resistance between the two wires while tipping the sender to allow the float to move.
-If purchased with a Radium FCST or FCST-X, the sender will come pre-installed.
-If the output of this sender is not compatible with your OEM fuel gauge, consider a resistance signal converter, FOUND HERE. (Radium Engineering does not have experience with this product, contact Classic Instruments for more information)

20-0439 12AN ORB to 5-Bolt SAE Adapter
When a level sender is not used, this adapter can be used to increase venting for custom installations. It converts the fuel level flange to a large 12AN ORB female port.
NOTE: a fuel level sender cannot be used with this adapter in place.
20-0146 Fuel Level Sender Block-Off
This block-off plate kit is used when the 5-bolt SAE flanged fuel level sensor is not used. This is extensively used for customers with all Radium fuel cell surge tanks. NOTE: Radium 20-049X-XX FCST does not require the sealing washers.

18-0020 Gasket, 5-Bolt Fuel Level Sender
This 5-bolt SAE pattern gasket is used for many fuel cell level senders. The 1/16" thick material is a premium quality variation of FKM.
