All orders placed with Radium Engineering LLC via radiumauto.com constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed at www.radiumauto.com and below. All parts shall remain the property of Radium Engineering LLC until paid in full. If items were purchased from a retailer other than radiumauto.com, returns and/or warranty claims MUST be handled through that retailer. Radium Engineering will only handle returns, exchanges or warranties with the direct purchaser (i.e. retailers, dealers, or radiumauto.com direct customers).

The most efficient method for placing orders with Radium Engineering LLC is via the website store. Standard processing time is 4-7 business days. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. Notices will be sent within 7 business days for orders that contain items that are currently on back-order. Please use an accurate email address during checkout to ensure all communications about your transaction are successful.  

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties causing incorrect product pricing or shipping calculations, Radium Engineering will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with their order with corrected totals or cancel their order. Radium Engineering will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to website errors.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only; some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

Radium Engineering accepts the following payment methods through our secure online website and processed by PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Payments sent through PayPal can be made to the Radium Engineering account: sales@radiumauto.com. Payments will be accepted in U.S. currency only. For custom orders, Radium Engineering will accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks. Funds must clear before the order is processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for completion. Payments that fail to meet AVS and CCV credentials or payments that come from 'Unverified' PayPal accounts can be voided and the order cancelled.

Radium Engineering follows strict fraud prevention measures. For this reason, an order may be rejected or cancelled. Contact sales@radiumauto.com for details.

Radium Engineering ships all orders to the address specified during checkout as the ‘shipping address.’ Please use a deliverable address. Radium will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the ‘shipping address.’ All undeliverable packages returned to Radium will result in a refund to the customer less shipping charges. Also, due to an increase in fraud, new customers can only ship to their billing address.

Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions. During checkout, several shipping options are provided. Please select the option that is suitable to your needs. Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information, if obtainable, will be emailed to the customer when the package leaves our facility. Packages may require a signature by the delivering service. International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which is beyond the control of Radium Engineering. International shipments can take 30 days to reach destination. Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.

Items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on back-order longer that originally quoted. Back-ordered items may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.

Radium Engineering packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering must be reported to Radium Engineering and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and 'return to sender'.

If you received a wrong item, contact Radium at sales@radiumauto.com within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid 'return merchandise authorization' (RMA) number. Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by Radium Engineering.

Radium will only handle returns for the direct purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than radiumauto.com, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance. 

Radium fuel cells are non-returnable. All fuel cell sales are final.

Returns on ‘new’ merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. ‘New’ merchandise cannot be used or show signs of damage from installation or mounting. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All returns must be accompanied with a ‘return merchandise authorization’ (RMA). To receive an RMA, you must contact Radium Engineering at sales@radiumauto.com. When requesting an RMA, please provide the following details: Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Phone Number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA. Returns must also be received within 14 days from the issuance of the RMA. A RMA does not guarantee a refund or replacement. All returns will be inspected upon return to Radium Engineering for return eligibility. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customers. Please maintain all shipping and tracking information until your return is processed since Radium Engineering is not responsible for items lost in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with all returns. Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be issued by check or to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before the order ships. Please place a note on your order for immediate assistance for order changes or cancellations. Emailing sales@radiumauto.com may result in delays due to the volume of emails. Once cancellation is confirmed, a credit will be issued.

Orders already shipped from Radium Engineering's facility cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.

Special order or customized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the proper size and application of all parts before installation.

Radium Engineering offers technical and sales support via Email and phone as a service to customers. Radium reserves the right to refuse support assistance for anyone for any reason.

All Radium Engineering brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced at Radium Engineering’s option when it has been determined by Radium Engineering to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than radiumauto.com, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in no event, exceed the original purchase price. Radium Engineering will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor time, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of the product. Standard ground shipping is used for all warranty transactions. Expedited shipping is available, but the cost difference must be paid by the end user in advance of the shipment.

Warranty claims must ship pre-paid to Radium Engineering for review. Claims must include the failed part(s), RMA number, and original proof of purchase. If the claim is missing any of these items, it may be rejected and returned to sender.  Product must be received by Radium Engineering within 14 days of RMA’s issue date. Please note that before Radium Engineering can issue an RMA for any product, it is first necessary for the installer or end user to contact info@radiumauto.com to discuss the problem. Most issues can be resolved via email. Under no circumstances should a product be returned or a RMA requested before the above process transpires.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Improper use, installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Radium Engineering. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Radium Engineering products, such as fuel pumps, turbochargers, or any other non-Radium Engineering brand products. 

Note: All engine modification components, except those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for OFF-ROAD use only. These components are legal for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle. The loss of vehicle warranty rests solely on the vehicle owner. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these items. Radium Engineering is not liable for any fines or penalties incurred by the user. Please know your state and local laws.
