FUEL INJECTORS

There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

OVERVIEW

20-0362 Fuel Rails GM LS9/LSA

The fuel rails are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Each fuel rail has six 8AN ORB ports, twelve ports in all.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

20-0545 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, GM LS9/LSA

This kit includes all the necessary plumbing hardware to permit a plug and play affair with the 20-0362 fuel rails. An SAE quick connect adapts the OEM feed line into two 6AN PushLok fuel lines which supply each fuel rail. Furthermore, 8AN ORB plugs are included for all unused ports. Nothing else is required.
