There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

• Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
• Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. For flexibility, the fuel rail features four 8AN ORB ports and is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

The Radium fuel rail is compatible with the OEM 1JZ-GTE VVT-i top-feed fuel injectors and any aftermarket injectors that fit the OEM fuel rail. Injector bores are 11mm. The fuel rail re-uses the factory mounting bolts and plastic insulating spacers. Make sure these are present before beginning installation.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
