OVERVIEW

All Radium adjustable fuel pressure regulators and fuel pulse dampers ship with an empty threaded port for a 1:1 rising/falling rate vacuum reference. Some of these adapters ship with regulators and dampers. Threads on both products are threaded #10-32 and these adapters are a quick installation by simply threading them in. It is recommend to use a medium strength thread locker when installing (Green Loctite #290 preferred). These can be used as replacements, or to add a vacuum fitting your product did not ship with.

14-0369 3AN VACUUM PORT ADAPTER

Black zinc-plated 3AN adapter machined from high strength steel. Allows connection of a 3AN hose to the vacuum port.

Note: These adapters are not compatible with FPD-R units built prior to July 2019.

14-0190 3/16" BARB VACUUM PORT ADAPTER

These adapters are included with all Radium Engineering fuel pulse dampers and fuel pressure regulators as standard. They are black zinc-plated and adapt to a 3/16" (5mm) barb.

Many different diameter vacuum hoses can be used, including:

5/32" (4mm)
3/16" (5mm)
7/32" (6mm)

14-0769 1/4' PUSH-TO-CONNECT VACUUM PORT ADAPTER

This is a vacuum fitting that adapts to 1/4" push-to-connect hose. Machined from brass then nickel-plated with Buna-N O-rings. The required hard plastic 1/4" OD tubing must be purchased elsewhere, Radium does not supply any.

18-0112 VACUUM PORT PLUG

Black-oxide 10-32 threaded plug machined from stainless steel. Install this in place of a vacuum line adapter when running your pulse damper with no vacuum line, or when using the regulator in a static pressure installation.
