OVERVIEW

A 1-way check valve permits flow in 1 direction only. Radium Engineering check valves feature a lightweight anodized aluminum body with FKM seals and stainless steel hardware.

The check valve is compatible in multiple applications including gasoline, ethanol, methanol, diesel, water, coolant, oil, etc.

20-0534 UNIVERSAL CHECK VALVE

The internal plunger's aerodynamic shape warrants a smooth laminar stream. All female AN ports can accept 37 degree flare male fittings and/or ORB (O-ring boss) male fittings. The flow direction is laser etched on the side of the part. In it's native form without adapter fittings, the universal check valve uses a 10AN male outlet and a 8AN female inlet.

20-0534-06 UNIVERSAL CHECK VALVE KIT, 6AN

The 6AN kit includes the 20-0534 check valve body but adds all the necessary adapter fittings to convert both the inlet and the outlet to 6AN male and/or 6AN female. Shown below are all of the adapter fitting scenarios for this check valve kit.

20-0534-08 UNIVERSAL CHECK VALVE KIT, 8AN

The 8AN kit includes the 20-0534 check valve body but adds all the necessary adapter fittings to convert both the inlet and the outlet to 8AN male and/or 8AN female. Shown below are all of the adapter fitting scenarios for this check valve kit.

The 10AN kit includes the 20-0534 check valve body but adds all the necessary adapter fittings to convert both the inlet and the outlet to 10AN male and/or 10AN female. Shown below are all of the adapter fitting scenarios for this check valve kit.

20-1533 CHECK VALVE, 6AN ORB TO 8.5MM BARB

As depicted, the flow direction is laser etched on the side of the hex.

NOTE: For internal valve purposes, the length under the threads is extended. This area (shown above) adds an additional 3.4mm when compared to a standard 6AN ORB fitting.
