OVERVIEW
Radium fuel rails for EJ engines come in two styles. The top feed conversion rails fit OEM side feed manifolds and convert from side feed injectors to universal top feed injectors. The top feed upgrade rail kits install onto manifolds that are factory equipped with top feed injectors and are simply an upgrade of the rail, still accepting the OEM fuel injector.
Before ordering, make sure that you've matched your intake manifold by model to the correct fuel rail part number and closely follow the fuel injector compatibility information of that fuel rail below to ensure that you order the correct parts.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings.

Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. 20-0567-02 FUEL RAILS, TOP FEED UPGRADE, SUBARU EJOVERVIEW These fuel rails have the same mounting and injector spacing as the 20-0577-02. However, these fuel rails feature a 8AN ORB port machined in the underside center of each fuel rail, as shown below. The center port bulge can create an interfere with early AVCS solenoids found in the EJ207 and JDM EJ205. If this is the case, use P/N: 20-0577-02 instead. COMPATIBILITY
FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. The machined injector ports are designed for 11mm upper injector O-rings. This means that the injectors being installed must match the OEM height and o-ring dimensions. If installing aftermarket fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating "OEM equivalent". INCLUDES

20-0568-02 FUEL RAILS, TOP FEED CONVERSION, SUBARU EJOVERVIEW Each fuel rail features three 8AN ORB threaded ports (6 total). Press-fit spacers are included to thermally insulate intake manifold heat transfer. Conversion fuel rails convert the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors. The fuel rail injector bores are 14mm ID. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. The fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The four billet injector seats are anodized and laser etched and provide a sealed receptacle for top feed fuel injectors. The seats are designed for injectors with 14mm lower O-rings. COMPATIBILITY

Each fuel rail features three 8AN ORB threaded ports (6 total). Press-fit spacers are included to thermally insulate intake manifold heat transfer. COMPATIBILITY

20-0577-02 FUEL RAILS, TOP FEED UPGRADE, SUBARU EJ, TOP PORTOVERVIEW These fuel rails have the same mounting, injector spacing and fitment as the 20-0567-02 (above). However, each fuel rail has an 8AN ORB 'top port', unlike 20-0567-02 which has a center lower port (picture below shown with Fuel Rail Adapter 20-0372). The added clearance is necessary for the EJ207 and JDM EJ205 engines that have early AVCS solenoids with vertical connectors (shown below). COMPATIBILITY

20-0869-02 FUEL RAILS, TOP FEED UPGRADE, SUBARU EJ22/EJ251OVERVIEW As shown below, thermal insulating spacers are provided to protect from heat transfer. Each fuel rail has three 8AN ORB threaded ports (6 total). If the OEM fuel pressure regulator needs to be reused, 20-0303 can be used. A Radium Engineering 20-0776 fuel pulse damper can be installed into the center port. COMPATIBILITY
(2)Not compatible with OEM top feed injectors. The following is also required: 20-0816 (x4), 14-0720 (x4), Flat Head M8x1.25x60mm Screws (x4) FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY This fuel rail is compatible with the OEM air assist fuel injectors found on the EJ251. However, it is not compatible with the OEM air assist fuel injectors found on the EJ22 as they use 11mm upper injector O-rings. The machined injector ports are designed for 14mm upper injector O-rings. The fuel rails are compatible with 48mm tall Bosch EV14 injectors. Compatible aftermarket injectors must have 14mm upper and lower O-rings.

Fuel Injectors are NOT included and must be purchased elsewhere. To eliminate the Subaru air assist feature on the EJ251, the provided O-rings should be installed into the lower groove on the Bosch EV14 injectors. To eliminate the Subaru air assist feature on the EJ22 (California spec only), 20-0816 (x4) injector seats as well as 14-0720 (x4) spacers, and flat head M8x1.25x60mm Screws (x4) are required.
