FUEL INJECTORS

This kit is designed for specific top feed fuel injectors with upper and lower O-ring spacing, as depicted left. The upper and lower injector O-rings must be 14mm diameter, and the height must be the short 34mm body.

OVERVIEW

The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (PIK) installs between the intake manifold and the lower runners on the cylinder heads. It permits the use of port injectors for the additional fuel required for highly-modified 5.2L V10 engines. This does NOT replace the OEM direct injection system.

20-0865 Port Injection Kit R8 Gallardo LP

The PIK adapter plates can also be used as a simple intake manifold spacer without using the fuel rails. All that is required are 2AN ORB Plugs.

NOTES

Compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85
Because the PIK will space up the intake manifold, a minor throttle body coupler adjustment may be required
Fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring, injector controller, charge pipe, etc. are NOT included in 20-0865

20-0967-03 and 20-0967-05 PIK PLUMBING KIT, GALLARDO LP

This kit permits an independant port injection fuel system. PTFE hoses, -AN adapter fittings, 1:1 pressure regulator, pressure gauge, and a fuel filter (stainless -03 or microglass -05) are all provided.

These components mount to the LH side of the engine using OEM threaded bosses on the frame rail. No drilling or permanent modifications are required. The Radium Engineering fuel hanger surge tank is recommended to feed this system.
