20-0876 VW 6.0L W12 Fuel Rails

The Radium Engineering fuel rails are manufactured with dual 3/8" (6AN) internal bores that internally connect to all injectors. Combined, these dual bores are 12% larger than a single 1/2" (8AN) bore. This system can support all necessary engine power requirements and is compatible with all alternative fuels.

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY

Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors (or any equivalent aftermarket injector) can be used. Aftermarket injectors must match the OEM height and O-ring dimensions. Radium does not make injector recommendations other than "OEM equivalent".

PORTS AND FITTINGS

The O-ring sealed billet end cap ports are 3/4"-16 thread tapped compatible with 8AN ORB fittings.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

Depending on the fuel injectors installed, these Denso wiring adapters might be required, They are used to connect fuel injectors if there is interference with the lower intake manifold. Sold individually. 

If the OEM fuel injectors are used, 6 are recommended for inner injectors (cylinders: 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11). Select quantity 6.
