FUEL INJECTORS

There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

20-0198-02 Fuel Rails Toyota 2GR-FE

Manufactured with 0.69" large internal bores, the Radium Engineering fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. CNC machined aluminum mounting tabs are included for a factory fit and to maintain the original fuel rail height so both OEM or aftermarket equivalent injectors can work.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

20-0898-PK Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit Toyota 2GR-FE

This kit includes all necessary adapters to plumb the 20-0198-02 fuel rails to the OEM fuel system. It also includes a Radium Engineering FPD-R that replaces the OEM fuel pulse damper. The kit makes the fuel rails truly bolt-on with no other parts required.
