FUEL INJECTORS

There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

OVERVIEW

20-1131 Fuel Rail, Rotax 900 ACE

This large 8AN fuel rail is manufactured to support all necessary engine power requirements. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, anodized and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

The plumbing kit includes the items in the image. It permits a plug and play connection to the factory fuel system. Furthermore, it includes fuel feed adapter fittings for both the early engines (V2 quick connect) and late engines (SAE quick connect).
