This rail is directly compatible with European vehicles ONLY. North American vehicles did not receive port injection from the factory. However, there are many inexpensive ways to convert the OEM system. This information can be found online.

FUEL INJECTORS

There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

20-0889 Fuel Rail Port Injection VW/Audi EA888

Manufactured with A 0.7" large internal bore, the Radium Engineering fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The optional plumbing kit includes all parts for a simple installation with the OEM fuel line.

The fuel rail end ports are tapped for 8AN ORB. 8AN ORB adapter fittings can be found HERE
The fuel rail upper center port is tapped for 1/8' NPT. 1/8' NPT adapter fittings can be found HERE
The fuel rail lower center port is tapped for 6AN ORB, as shown below. 6AN ORB adapter fittings can be found HERE
