FUEL INJECTORS
There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.
This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.
Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.
- Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
- Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.
OVERVIEW
20-0769-02 Fuel Rail Mazda 1.6L B6
This 0.69" big bore fuel rail is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel rail. A plumbing kit is available that provides all the necessary parts to install and plumb the fuel rail with OEM components.
The fuel rail features four threaded ports that are all tapped for 8AN ORB fittings.

If building a custom fuel setup, appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

This add-on permits a plug and play replacement for the factory fuel rail. The OEM fuel pressure regulator and fuel feed/return hoses are retained making for an easy bolt-in installation.
