OVERVIEW

This 0.69 inch big bore fuel rail is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel rail. A plumbing kit is available that provides all the necessary parts to install and plumb the fuel rail with OEM components.

PORTS AND FITTINGS

The fuel rail features four threaded ports that are all tapped for 8AN ORB fittings.

  • 8AN ORB Adapter Fittings can be found HERE
  • 8AN ORB Direct Mount Regulators can be found HERE
  • 8AN ORB Fuel Pulse Dampers can be found HERE
  • Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapters can be found HERE

If building a custom fuel setup, appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY

This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. This means that the injectors must match the OEM height and o-ring dimensions. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating "OEM equivalent".

This add-on permits a plug and play replacement for the factory fuel rail. The OEM fuel pressure regulator and fuel feed/return hoses are retained making for an easy bolt-in installation.
