18-0015 FUEL CELL GASKET

Radium Engineering gasket for "industry standard" 6x10 inch (24-bolt) fuel cells. Unlike others constructed from cork or paper, this seal is die cut from a premium quality variation of FKM. 
The Radium gasket is 1/16" thick and re-useable. Compatible with all Radium fuel cell surge tanks.

20-0278 FUEL CELL WELD FLANGE W/GASKET

Fuel cell 6x10 inch, 24-bolt weld flange. CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and fly-cut to 0.24" thickness. Includes gasket.
Ideal for welding to an aluminum tank. Welding must be performed by an experienced welder who can prevent warping of the flange.

Holes are tapped for 1/4"-28 fasteners. Great for custom fuel cells. Compatible with all Radium fuel cell surge tanks.

14-0584 FUEL CELL NUT RING, BLACK ANODIZED

This nut ring is manufactured from 6061 aluminum and is anodized to permit all fuel types and to prevent corrosion. All threaded holes are tapped for 1/4"-28 using the industry standard 6x10 pattern. It was designed to bolt into Radium RA-series fuel cells but can work with others. Gasket not included.

20-0155 FCST MOUNTING TAB KIT

Depending on the amount of fill plate accessories, the original mounting tabs may not suffice. Fortunately, this design uses 12 fill plate bolts (instead of 4 or 6) to distribute the load evenly across the fuel cell.

The 2-piece mounting tabs are laser cut from lightweight 5052 aluminum, deburred, and anodized black. Also included are 36 black sealing washers (fill plate=24, mounting tabs=12).

COMPATIBILITY

• This can be used for older fuel cells that use a 24-bolt (6x10) fill plate including FuelSafe, ATL, Jaz, Harmon, Pyrotect, etc.
• Legacy Radium Engineering FCSTs part numbered 20-014X-XX and 20-049X-XX

NOTES

• Newer FCSTs and the FCST-X have machined provisions which eliminate the need for this mounting tab kit.
• This mounting tab kit is NOT required for any brand fill plate that uses a Radium Engineering RA-Series fuel cell.
