The ACV Block-Off kit replaces the air control valve and blocks the port on the Mazda 13B-REW lower intake manifold. The low-profile countersink stainless steel screws and anodized aluminum plate permits the necessary room for a secondary top feed fuel rail. Deleting the ACV cleans up the engine bay by decreasing clutter and disarray.
