REMOTE MOUNT FUEL FILLER
A remote mounted fuel filler is NOT located directly on the fuel tank or fuel cell, but rather somewhere else on the vehicle, such as the fender. See this blog article for more information on fuel cell filling
20-1005-V Remote Mount Fuel Filler, 1.5in, Vented
The fuel filler typically secures to the vehicle body. The vented fuel cap has roll-over protection if the vehicle ever becomes inverted. The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5" filler hose (available HERE). The outer diameter is 4.75" and uses 4.25" P.C.D for the five M5 bolts. Total height is 4.1". Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated.
The o-ring sealed 1.5" barbed outlet is interchangeable.
By simply removing 6 screws, a different outlet adapter (sold separately) can be installed.

20-0547 FCST 6-Bolt, Remote Mount Fill Neck, 24AN Elbow, 1.5in Barb
This fill neck is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler (see 20-0505-V). The -24AN fill neck mates to a 24AN hose end capable of 360 degree rotation. It features a 75 degee elbow and uses a 1.5" barb (filler hose available HERE). A bespoke 1-7/8" aluminum wrench is provided for tightening the B-nut and prevent marring. The fill neck features a flapper check valve for rollover protection.

The fill necks below are specific to the FCST-X ONLY (20-1990-XX, 20-1991-00, 20-1992-XX, 20-1993-00, 20-1995-00).
NOTES:
1. Remote mount fill necks for the older FCST (20-014X-XX, 20-049X-XX, 20-069X-XX, and 20-099X-XX) can be found above.
2. The remote mount fill necks do not require a flapper valve. The roll over valve is integrated into the FCST-X.

20-0602 Fuel Fill Neck Hose Kit, 1.5in, Clear
This fill hose is perfect for applications that need a visualization of the fuel dynamically filling. Depending on the fuel type used, the clear hose may become cloudy and translucent overtime. Unlike the black reinforced filler hose, this clear hose should be inspected occasionally and replaced if needed.
