COMPATIBILITY

This fuel rail is compatible with all OEM Honda K-series intake manifolds (RBC, RBB, RRC, PRB, etc). If using an aftermarket manifold (Skunk2, etc) check with the manufacturer about fuel rail compatibility. If the manifold fits the OEM fuel rail, then the Radium fuel rail will also fit.

NOTE: Not compatible with the direct-injected K20C1 engine.

FUEL INJECTORS

There are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only upgrade the rail and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower O-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles. Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not make fuel injector recommendations.

Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.
Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.

OVERVIEW

20-0230-02 FUEL RAIL, HONDA K-SERIES

Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. The fuel rail is equipped with features to accept the OEM fuel injector clips (shown below).

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB. Fittings ARE NOT included with the fuel rail and must be purchased separately.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

This part only includes the fuel rail and the mounting hardware making it ideal for custom fuel plumbing applications. If using the stock fuel feed line, select the plumbing kit shown below.

20-0230-PK FUEL RAIL PLUMBING KIT, HONDA K-SERIES

This kit allows easy connection of a factory feed line. The extended SAE quick connect fitting clears the OEM coolant hose (if equipped). Two plugs are included to plug the other two ports on the fuel rail.
